What the hell is going on?

A small update on MNR...

Good morning, everyone. It’s Brandon here. If you did not check out Ili’s recent post on her stack, I felt that I should inform those who did not see it of what happened.

We did something big, big mclarge huge

We had been teasing this for a bit, and even some of my now former co-workers were beginning to question whether we were going to go through with it. But I’ll let the picture kind of tell the tale….

Once more, we went through the entire state with no KFC, Ili was sad.

We had been planning/teasing a move since the start of the year we pulled the trigger last weekend and actually, you know did move. 2 days in a sardine can with 3 pets and a car pushed to the limits of storage. We finally arrived at our destination in Ohio last Saturday night. I’ll be talking more about this in a post coming up soon about the last week or so but it was a pretty crazy week for those who won’t see it or plan on reading it.

Since then we’ve been slowly adjusting to things and also the cold, not often you go from near 80-degree temperatures to 28 for a high. So a bit of a shock to our systems, not unanticipated, not even unwelcomed. But still a shock nonetheless.

So you moved, that’s cool but what is going on with all the usual stuff?

So glad you asked, I would be honest and say right now. We’re more in a flux period, I’m currently looking for a job so that is naturally taking priority. But we’ve also been adjusting to where we are living and I just got our tv and console up the other day and just started to get some things done. The podcast will still be happening, but I would not expect new episodes till the midway point of January at the earliest at the moment as 90% of our stuff is currently in another state and heading this way. We have essential things, but otherwise our apartment is en-route to us and I am planning for a, worse case.

Looking for something written by me, you can always drop over and check “The Dominant Ones” page, we have the whole first act done, as well as working on paid content updates, if you want to give a gift this season, perhaps consider dropping a subscription and helping a guy pay his bills? I don’t normally ask for that kind of help but anything would help right now and would be appreciated. As always though, please contribute only if you have the means to do so.

We also are going to be talking about Act 2 of the story very soon. We factored in plans for when we were moving, we’ll announce more when we get closer to when we intend to resume. But unlike other projects. Expect this one to be more active sooner rather than later.

Finally as for us streaming, again I imagine the podcast will be the first thing to return, game streams and reviews are gonna be a bit put back due to time and also other things taking priority. I am planning on working on some stuff coming soon for this stack. However, game streams and stuff on YouTube and Twitch are on hiatus until further notice. We’re staying with someone right now, and we need to fast-track getting on our feet and getting a place of our own once more. We will be back to it, but it’s going to take a bit.
